The current paper has as corollary to investigate the constitutive genesis of the "originary phenomenon". For that, from the consideration of nature while fundamental topos for elucidation of Goethe aesthetic architectonic . Unusually, the moving force of the goethian theoretical building bears the singular condition gauged to the phenomenal world. It is through the mediation of inventoried reflexions at investigation of nature that Goethe can clarify the movement of traffic in the phenomenal world to the world of abstractions which accomplishes the universe of science and art. Through the description of the "originary phenomenon" category, while category which finds its specific identity in the lukacsian category of particularity, it is possible to enter itself in the anthropomorphizer realm of aesthetics.O presente texto tem como corolário investigar a gênese constitutiva do “fenômeno originário”. Para isso, partimos da consideração da natureza enquanto topos fundamental para elucidação da arquitetônica estética de Goethe. Inusitadamente, a força movente do edifício teórico goethiano brota da condição singular aferida ao mundo fenomênico. É pela mediação das reflexões inventariadas na investigação da natureza que Goethe consegue esclarecer o movimento de trânsito do mundo fenomênico ao mundo das abstrações que perfazem o universo da ciência e da arte.
